A 30% deposit is required with your application. If you are not accepted, your deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours. We kindly ask that you refrain from booking flights until you receive confirmation of acceptance.

Refund + Exchange Policy:

All deposits and payments are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If Seed to Body has to cancel the immersion for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If the immersion is cancelled due to acts of god (hurricane, earthquake, storms) or civil unrest, we will return 15% of total paid.
COVID and or personal illness is not grounds for reimbursement, for this reason we highly recommend travel and health insurance, as they will cover COVID and other illness.
