Not included: Airfare, airport transportation, travelers insurance, and any lodging expenses outside of what is provided by the program. We kindly ask that you refrain from booking flights until you receive written confirmation of acceptance.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
A 30% deposit of $660.90 is required to secure your spot upon application.
- If you are not accepted, your deposit is refunded in full within 48 hours.
- If you are accepted, your remaining balance is $1,862.10, payable through one of the plans below.
A $20 processing fee applies to each installment from the second payment onward.

REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY
All deposits and payments are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, with the following exceptions:
- If Seed to Body cancels the immersion for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- If the immersion is cancelled due to acts of God (hurricane, earthquake, severe storms) or civil unrest, 15% of total amount paid will be returned.
- COVID-19 and personal illness are not grounds for reimbursement. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance, as most policies cover COVID-related cancellations and illness.
