ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT AND COPYRIGHT POLICY

This Enrollment Agreement and Copyright Policy ("Agreement") governs the use, access, and enrollment in the online course titled "CICLO ELEMENTAL FERTILITY AWARENESS & MENSTRUAL MAPPING" ("Course") owned and developed by AYAORA LLC, SEEDTOBODY LLC, and YATUQA LLC (collectively referred to as "Owners"). By enrolling in the Course, participants ("Participants") agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property: All Course content, materials, videos, images, text, and related intellectual property are the exclusive property of AYAORA LLC, SEEDTOBODY LLC, and YATUQA LLC. Ownership of these intellectual property rights is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Prohibited Activities: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities without the explicit written consent of the Owners:

a. Copying: Reproducing or duplicating any part of the Course in any form or medium. b. Plagiarizing: Presenting the Course content or materials as one's own, without proper attribution. c. Reselling: Selling or distributing the Course, or any portion thereof, without prior written authorization. d. Repackaging: Modifying, altering, or repackaging the Course content in any manner.

3. Authorized Use: Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course solely for personal or internal educational purposes. Any use beyond the scope of this license requires the express written consent of the Owners.

4. Agreement Upon Enrollment: By enrolling in the Course, Participants expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
