By submitting the application and enrolling in the Program, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Non-Dissemination of Content: The Participant agrees not to copy, plagiarize, repackage, resell, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any content provided as part of the Program. This includes but is not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, written materials, visual aids, and any other materials provided by Seet To Body LLC, Guardians of Birth. 2. Respect for Intellectual Property: The Participant acknowledges and agrees to honor the intellectual property rights of Seet To Body LLC, Guardians of Birth. This includes but is not limited to copyright, trademark, and any other proprietary rights pertaining to the content provided in the Program. 3. Limited License: The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Program grants them a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content provided solely for their personal educational purposes. This license does not grant the Participant any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content. 4. Confidentiality: The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed as part of the Program. This includes information about Seet To Body LLC, Guardians of Birth's business practices, methodologies, and any other confidential information disclosed during the course of the Program. By submitting the application and enrolling in the Seet To Body LLC, Guardians of Birth Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

GUARDIANS OF BIRTH APPLICATION

We are prioritizing:

Participants who are actively practicing or forming their in-person practice,
Participants that are currently looking to conceive or gestating, inspired to walk the path of self-directed perinatal care and
Participants who are ready to commit to the 4- month immersion and the pace of the initiatives.

In the event that you are not accepted you will be refunded in full.
