Something is shifting.

More and more people are feeling the call to approach conception as a sacred and intentional act—one that begins long before a pregnancy test, and involves far more than one person.

Elemental Fertility was created for those who feel this call.

Taught by a Certified Professional Midwife and a Microbiologist-Herbalist—who are also partners and parents—this course draws equally from cutting-edge science and deep ancestral knowing. It is woven through the ecological metaphor of the seed: the cultivation of soil, the clearing of toxins, the nourishment offered long before a seed is planted.

We believe fertility is a vital state of creation—a way of being fully alive and in right relationship with the generative forces of life.

We recognize men as equally responsible in fertility awareness, preparation, and the shared experience of pregnancy and birth. Conception arises through the meeting of two lineages, and both are called into presence, care, and accountability.

We believe the body carries its ancestors, and within that inheritance lives both the wound and the medicine.

This is a space for fertility transformation.

Certified Professional Midwife, Mother & Artist

[Your Name] has attended [X] births and has spent [X] years sitting at the threshold of new life. As a midwife, she has witnessed the intimate and often untold relationship between a woman's body, her lineage, and the life she is preparing to welcome. As a mother and artist, she brings her whole self to this teaching — weaving together the clinical, the ancestral, and the deeply personal. Her approach to preconception care is rooted in the belief that the womb is not merely reproductive: it is oracular, communicative, and wise.

[Husband Name]

Microbiologist, Natural Builder & Folk Herbalist

[Husband Name] brings a rare combination of scientific rigor and ancestral reverence to his understanding of the male body and its role in conception. Trained in microbiology, he understands the molecular landscape of sperm health and epigenetic inheritance. As a folk herbalist and natural builder, he is equally at home in the garden, the forest, and the kitchen — formulating herbal preparations and living in alignment with ecological rhythms. His teaching is a call to men: to step forward, to prepare, and to understand that their genetic contribution is not passive — it is generative, communicative, and profound.

The Sovereign Seed: Men & the Responsibility of Conscious Conception

What this module covers:

  • The cultural mythology of male passivity in fertility and conception — and why it is both false and harmful
  • Conscious contraception: the man's embodied understanding of reproductive choice
  • What indigenous traditions of dieta teach about male preparation for fatherhood
  • The ecological metaphor of the seed bearer: soil quality, seasonal timing, and intentional cultivation
  • Practical protocols for male preconception preparation
  • Herbal elixir recipe: a folk-herbalist formula for male vitality and readiness

By the end of this module, men will understand that conscious conception is not a gift they give to a partner — it is a responsibility they carry in their own body, and a practice that begins now.

Module 2 · Taught by [Husband Name]

50% & More: How Male Genetic Health Shapes Pregnancy & Child

What this module covers:

  • How sperm health and male epigenetics contribute 50% or more of a child's biological foundation
  • Understanding male genetic material as living message: what it carries and what it can transmit
  • A new lens on common pregnancy experiences: morning sickness, preeclampsia, gestational patterns — read as information
  • The epigenetic impact of male lifestyle, stress, and toxin exposure on offspring
  • Protocols for optimizing sperm health through diet, herbal medicine, and ecological living
  • Herbal elixir recipe: a microbiologist-herbalist formula for sperm vitality and genetic integrity

This module does not assign blame — it distributes responsibility. And in doing so, it opens a doorway to a far more empowered and shared experience of pregnancy and parenthood.

Inheritance & Agency: Understanding Your Lineage & What You Can Change

What this module covers:

  • The science of epigenetics and lineage inheritance: what is actually passed through the generations
  • How ancestral trauma and maternal experience shape the womb environment
  • What falls outside our control — the environmental context of modern fertility — and how to meet it with grace
  • What is within our control: nourishment, toxin reduction, stress, rest, relationship, and spiritual preparation
  • The dieta tradition as a framework for intentional preconception preparation
  • Practical lineage clearing and preparation protocols
  • Herbal elixir recipe: a midwife's nourishing formula for womb and blood

This module invites women into an act of profound agency: to understand what they carry, to grieve what must be grieved, and to choose — consciously and bodily — what they will and will not pass forward.

  • A complete preconception protocol for women: body, spirit, relationship, and environment
  • Herbal elixir recipe: a womb-supportive formula for cyclical nourishment and sacred preparation

This module closes the circle: from the science of sperm and epigenetics to the oracle of the womb, from the ecological metaphor of the seed to the full, embodied act of conscious creation.
