Ciclo

Intuitive Fertility & Menstrual Mapping

Return to your body as your first source of wisdom — fertility awareness, blood self-analysis, and the elemental art of reading your own cycle.

The Invitation

Anatomy as terrain, physiology as dynamics — your cycle as a living map you learn to read.

Ciclo is a study of the menstrual cycle through three lineages — Traditional Chinese, Western biomedical, and Andean–Amazonian — so that you become truly multilingual in your own body, and in any room you walk into.

By the End

You will be able to

  • Confidently invite or prevent pregnancy using the sympto-thermal method as a daily practice.
  • Name imbalances with clarity and hold a foundational relationship to herbal allies.
  • Feel the four inner phases as a working map for rest, creativity, intimacy, and decision-making.
  • Return to your body as your first source of wisdom.
  • Harness the elements for personal evolution and the restoring of harmony.
  • Speak your reproductive health with empowered language — with yourself and in medical spaces.
  • Feel free, connected, and empowered in your sexuality and sensuality.

You'll Explore

Comprehensive anatomy and physiology of your cycle · sympto-thermal tracking for prevention or conception · elemental wisdom and the root causes of imbalance (TAAM) · male fertility and sperm health's impact on your cycles · blood self-analysis · Jungian archetypes and the menstrual cycle · traditional womb care and plant allies · activated, coherent sexuality · creative and devotional practices · the mysteries of creation expressed through your body.

The Complete Curriculum

Eight classes, mapped together

Class One — Reclaiming Reality

We walk through the history of women's-womb-wisdom and the places it was interrupted: the witch hunts, the Comstock Act, the moment power was outsourced to external authorities. We give context to how we got here — and vision what's possible now.

Class Two — Sacred Design

The architecture of the reproductive system through the Seed to Body praxis of Anatomy as Terrain and Physiology as Dynamics · the choreography of hormones across the month · how to track and map the cycle · the four inner phases and their seasons.

Class Three — The Sympto-Thermal Method

A complete, lived fluency in your body's signs: reading cervical fluid patterns, basal body temperature shifts, and cervical position — toward conscious contraception and conscious conception. The difference between conception and implantation, with allies from the materia medica.

Class Four — Reading the Blood

Blood self-analysis: color, quality, and quantity as language — what the body is communicating, read through the three lineages of care.

Class Five — Elemental Roots

Naming imbalances and their root causes through TAAM (Traditional Andean–Amazonian Medicine) · herbal allies and traditional womb care · harnessing the elements to restore harmony.

Class Six — The Inner Archetypes

Jungian archetypes and the menstrual cycle · cyclical living as devotional practice · creative and devotional rituals for each season.

Class Seven — Creation & Continuum

Male fertility and sperm health and their impact on the cycle and conception · conception, implantation, and the mysteries of creation expressed through the body.

Class Eight — Coherent Sexuality & Integration

Activated, coherent sexuality and sensuality · weaving the whole map into a lived, daily practice you carry for life.

Your Guide

Held by Aya Maria

A Certified Professional Midwife and elemental fertility educator, Aya teaches the cycle as both science and ceremony — woven from clinical training and ancestral lineage.

No one knows more about you than you.

Ciclo returns women to that authority — one cycle, one observation at a time.

The Root Teaching

Our blood is the highest fertilizer there is.

It is the only blood that flows without injury. Once you learn to read it, you cannot unsee what your body has been telling you all along.
