Ciclo is an orientation the ancient language of body — a slow, embodied study of the menstrual cycle as a source of knowledge, rhythm, and self‑knowing. An oracle.  A journey through blood, breath, temperature and the ebb & flow of intuition and desire.

For twelve years I have offered this work to women who want to deepen their connection with the territory & dynamics of their bodies.

In these twelve years I have served my communities as a home-birth midwife, consciously conceived my children and prevented pregnancy using sympto-thermal wisdom.

What began as three classes on fertility consciousness has grown, season by season, into an eight-class immersion. It now holds anatomy + physiology, cycle fluency, the sympto-thermal method, blood self-assessment, sexual-sensual empowerment, elemental diagnostics, pathology read through three lineages, and a working materia medica of sixteen plants.

It is an offering in recognition that you are the ultimate authority of your own sexual-creative health + an extension of raw natural power

What this work is for

I teach Ciclo because I want women, everywhere, to feel their raw power, recognize the voice of their intuition, trust their instincts, and be prepared to traverse the mystery of life tethered to their inner authority.

To know, in the middle of an ordinary afternoon, where they are in their cycle and what the body is reaching for. To read their own blood. To prepare a tincture for a symptom they now recognize. To hold the sympto-thermal method as daily practice, with confidence, for contraception or conception or simple presence with the self.

The deepening into intuitive gynecology, pathology, and herbal preparation came from the questions my students kept returning with, year after year. This cohort is the first to hold each of those as a full class in its own right.

What we are here to do is orient to the territory of our bodies — to place, to what came before — so we can reclaim our energy, our power, our consciousness, our pleasure.

The Course 

What Ciclo is, and who it is for

Ciclo is a live, eight-class course taught in cohort this May 2026, and will then exist as an instant access evergreen.

Each class is a full teaching and the slow integration a body needs. The material is clinical in precision and evolutionarily ancestral. 

The course supports fertility fluency, the recognition of imbalance and its root-cause response, an herbal materia medica of sixteen allies and the craft of preparations, cyclical living across the four inner phases, and an activation of intuitive technologies.

Ciclo is a six-part immersion into the womb-matrix that offers a grounded, expansive return to cyclical consciousness.

It provides:
