Class Three

In this class, you’ll be guided through a complete and integrated understanding of the sympto-thermal method, cultivating a deep, lived fluency in your body’s signals and rhythms. 

You’ll explore:

• How to read and interpret cervical fluid patterns
• Tracking and understanding basal body temperature shifts
• Recognizing changes in cervical position and what they signify
• Applying this awareness toward conscious contraception and conscious conception
• Using ongoing self-tracking as an evolutionary and revelatory practice

We’ll also deepen into key distinctions and supportive frameworks:

• Understanding the difference between conception and implantation
• Exploring allies from the materia medica that can support the intentional prevention or invitation of pregnancy

Class Four

This class opens a space for Blood Self-Assessment and Devotional Observation as a way of deepening relationship with the body and its cyclical intelligence. Through attentive witnessing, the bleed becomes both information and expression—an entry point into personal health, awareness, and evolving practice.

You’ll explore:

• Observing blood through its color, consistency, rhythm, sound, and smell
• Understanding what the womb matrix communicates through the bleed
• Practicing how to read your own cycle as a form of embodied assessment and insight
• Engaging the bleed as a devotional practice rooted in presence and attention

We’ll also move into integration and expression:

• Cultivating practices that support personal health evolution over time
• Creating ceremony that is grounded in your unique context and lived reality
• Reimagining and embodying new ancestral ways of honoring menstrual blood

Class Five

This class introduces Intuitive Gynecology and Elemental Diagnostics as pathways for understanding the body through direct perception, pattern recognition, and relationship with the elements. You’ll learn to orient to the body as a primary sensor—one that can be read and understood alongside, and often prior to, external testing.

You’ll explore:

• The elements as diagnostic frameworks for observing patterns and imbalances
• The key organs involved in blood and reproductive health, and how they interrelate
• Foundational practices of belly mapping as a tool for sensing and interpreting internal states
• The basics of tongue and pulse observation as accessible diagnostic entry points

We’ll also ground into applied awareness:

• Developing trust in the body’s signals as meaningful data
• Strengthening your capacity to read subtle shifts and patterns over time
• Relating to the body as an intelligent, responsive system in ongoing dialogue

Class Seven

This class continues into Pathologies II alongside an introduction to the Materia Medica, expanding your capacity to read more complex patterns in the reproductive terrain while beginning to build relationship with key plant allies.

You’ll explore:

• Endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, and UTIs as distinct yet interconnected patterns
• How these conditions present and evolve within the body over time

Each will be held through multiple lenses:

• Western clinical perspectives for physiological clarity
• Andean and Amazonian medicine frameworks for relational and energetic understanding
• Reading underlying patterns alongside presenting symptoms to deepen interpretation

We’ll also begin working with the Materia Medica:

• Introduction to sixteen plant allies taught in depth throughout the program
• Understanding how these plants can support balance, regulation, and restoration
• Developing an informed, respectful relationship with plant medicine within this context

Class Eight

This class brings together the Complete Materia Medica and Alchemy, centering the hands-on craft of working with plant medicine as a living, embodied practice. It’s an invitation into creating medicine with care, precision, and relationship—rooted in both knowledge and direct experience.

You’ll explore:

• The preparation of infusions and tinctures for internal and external use
• Vaginal steams and sitz baths as supportive, place-based therapies
• The use of castor oil packs for circulation and tissue support
• Crafting pessaries and oils for targeted application
• Foundations of womb massage as a practice of connection and care

We’ll also deepen into practice:

• Developing confidence in creating your own preparations from start to finish
• Understanding how to select the appropriate form of medicine for different needs
• Cultivating a relationship with the process as both practical skill and alchemical art
• Working with materials you can source and prepare with your own hands
