Elemental Doula Training

Reweaving Memory & Culture through Birth Care

An ethically grounded, evolutionarily attuned training for those called to support birth and reproductive passages with depth, presence, and cultural integrity.

The Distinction

The doula & the monitrice

A doula restores living wisdom β€” supporting the physiological, emotional, and spiritual unfolding of birth through presence and education. Their work is an act of cultural remembering, empowering each family to reclaim their power.

A monitrice bridges the worlds of doula and midwife.

Grounded in continuous support, a monitrice also carries clinical assessment skills β€” fetal heart tones, maternal vitals, labor progress β€” supporting families to labor at home as long as possible, with safety and continuity, and may serve as a midwife apprentice.

Over Eight Days

What we will cover

Applied

Clinical & Embodied Skills

Rebozo and advanced biomechanics, maternal vital signs, fetal heart monitoring, non-invasive assessment of labor progress and dilation, and early postpartum binding & womb abdominal massage.

Inner Life

Somatic Ritual & Elemental Evolution
