Your deposit secures your place in the eight-day design course. It holds your seat with Juan Andrés León, your meals, your camping place on the land, and everything listed above.
It does not cover a private room at La Casona — that is arranged separately, below. Deposits are non-refundable and final. Please read the cancellation policy before you pay.
Where you sleep
Camping is included. A private room is optional.
Camping at Finca Ocelote is already part of your place — you bring your own tent, mat and sleeping bag.
If you would rather have a private room with en suite bathroom at La Casona, seven nights plus the daily ride out to the land, the cost is $335 USD, charged at cost with no margin.
We need to know by 10 October 2026.
Tell us before that date if you want a room. We will then ask you for the $335 payment, and that payment is what secures the room for you. After 10 October we cannot guarantee availability.
Paying your balance
In full by 1 December 2026
After your $630 deposit, the remaining balance for the course can be paid in one, two or three installments. Card processing is already included in the amounts below, so splitting your balance costs you almost nothing — about one dollar in total.
As soon as your deposit is received we will email you the payment links, so there is nothing more to do here today.

Whichever plan you choose, your balance must be complete by 1 December 2026. If you split into two payments, start no later than 1 November; into three, no later than 1 October.
The La Casona room is not part of this balance. It is a separate $335 payment, requested in October once you tell us you want a room.
Refund and cancellation policy
- All deposits and payments are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- If Seed to Body cancels the retreat for any reason, you receive a 100% refund.
- If the retreat is cancelled because of acts of god (earthquake, storms, flooding) or civil unrest, 15% of the total paid is returned.
- COVID and personal illness are not grounds for a refund.
Please purchase travel insurance
Because illness is not refundable, we strongly recommend travel and health insurance before you book flights — most policies cover COVID, illness and trip interruption. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance.
We also recommend booking changeable airfare.
Getting there
Fly into BOG — El Dorado International Airport, Bogotá.
Arrive no later than 4 December so you are rested for the morning of the 5th. If you are coming from sea level, a day or two earlier helps you acclimate to the altitude.
We finish at 4:00 pm on 12 December and you make your own way home that day.
Please make sure your passport is valid, and check whether your nationality requires a visa for Colombia.
What happens next
Once your deposit is received we will confirm your camping or lodging choice, email you the balance payment links, and send you the full details pack and packing list.
